CETIS offers Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) – a system for the creation, storage, and distribution of digital certificates which are used to verify that a particular public key belongs to a particular entity.
The PKI creates digital certificates which assign public keys to units; it safely verifies the use of these certificates in the central system, and it revokes them if necessary.
The Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is a set of roles, policies and procedures needed to create, manage, distribute, use, store and revoke digital certificates and manage public-key encryption.
